In the “Olden day” houses
Yesterday we had a gluegun to stick things togerther like wood, straw, lolley sticks, wood, cardboard and when we got evreything stuck together it turned out to be a ”Olden Day” house.

In P.E we have been doing tag rugby. We got in goups and did a race. Then we had to pratice score a try. Also we had get past your aponnent. An aponnent is the one with a bib on. We had to change the bib people to the over people other in the team so it is fair. Also to score a try.

In mythology we have been leaning about myths. All of the class had to go to the libary and get a book about the weather, nature and things that happen. Then we had to look through the book and get facts.

Literacy and Science…all at the same time!
Yesterday, we were concerntrating on two lessons at the same time! The main lesson was Science, but while we were looking at different types of teeth on the e-books, we were note-taking aswell! We were looking at what types of teeth omnivores, herbivores and carnivores have. The people who had finished were allowed to take notes of ‘How to look after your teeth’ aswell. Soon after we had written the notes, we had to turn the e-books off and write all of our notes into sentences again. Most people didn’t finish, but the quick ones did.

Yesterday we went to the I.C.T Suite. We were learning how to send an E-mail. First of all we had to send an E-mail to the person on our left. Some people didn’t get a chance because they were not quick enough. Just when we were all set to send an E-mail with an attachment, Mr Burgess reminded Mrs Stephenson that we had an assembly. So we had to go.

Literacy Instructions
We have been looking at all of the different sections of instructions. Yesterday we had a go at writing our own set of them and we had to make sure that they had all of the features. We were creating something to guide Wallace and Gromit through the country and we had to tell them how to use it. We will be writing the best instructions up in pen and they will be placed at the back of the room on display.

Yesterday we did Topic and we did about Vikings,Romans and Anglo-Saxons. We did about maps and 4 grid references. WE all enjoyed doing it.
