Last week we were put into ‘companies’ to design and produce a  new fruit juice. We decided who would take on which roles in the team. We analysed differnt types of fruit juices and the cartons. Then we visited Y4 and all the Year 4s tasted each juice and fruit. We wanted to find out the most and the least poular choices. Next our company experimented with different combinations of juices and fruits. We also had to work out the cost of our juice.

Yesterday we had to plan out are pinhole camera. First we found out what a pinhole looked like. Next we had to scetch the pinhole camera and we had to lable it aswell. It was a box shape with a little  lens at the front of it. Inside there is a mirror that refelceted the shape so it isn’t upside down.

We All had to make an E-saftey poster.It had to have alot of detail like be carefull on the internet. We found out that if you put bright colours and Big writing as well that will ataced viewers. Are class were it two’s to do this activite.to be more adventeres we put a question on it. There was pictures and a lot of writing.

we have been doing a poster about smokeing and Mrs Moore is decideing which is the best poster and that person will get a certificate and a prize. We have also been looking at the effect with alcohol example makes your eyes dries out and makes your pupil go smaller. Your heart beats faster it has to work harder and you could get asthma.

we have been writing a interview in two’s are interviewe is the snowman. We watched two videos from harry potter and we wrote down what they were doing example they were thinking , putting details in and making it sound more natrial.

we have been listening to a story called Hugo carbet and he found the key and stoled Isobelle’s key what fit the automaton and Isobelle turned the key a few times and he wastes his time on nothing Hugo’s heart feeled heart broken his uncle never came back and his father died by accident in a fire because the guards locked the door. Hugo was very upset.Papa George is Isobelle’s granfather and Isobelle parents has died. and we are on still on chaper11.

We have been listening a story called Hugo Carbet and some people are finding this work not easy.We are on chaper11 and it have just found out that the automaton wasn’t fixed properly and Hugo spent days and nights and he feeled heartbroken ,destored and he feel like laying down and give up and die like his father did by accient in a museum and he died because  the guards locked the door and there was a fire what burned the whole building. His alcholic uncle took Hugo in.

We are reading  about a story called Hugo carbet we have listened up to chapter 9. Then we wrote down on a piece of paper  the outline of the story together and in chaper 7 we drew a picture of a automaton or the parts of the automaton.

In Topic we have been doing circuits and seeing what effects the brightness of the bulb. We also drew three diagrams of circuits that will not work and three that will work. On sheets of paper wrote what things would change in our circuits and what we will keep the same. We pridicted that six out seven circuits will work and we were right!

This week we have been doing christmas cards and snowmen.We have been doing christmas cards and we have nearly done.We have been making the snowmen out of wool and not many people are finished but will be soon.On the snowmen we had to wind the wool around the card and at the end we cut them to make a football pom pom shape.We  only have to put the ribbon and the hat on  the christmas cards.
